PUBLIC NOTICE AUTHORISATION OF INDIGENOUS LAND USE AGREEMENT (AREA AGREEMENT) UNDER THE NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 (Cth) Ludwig Benignus Jochheim proposes to enter into an indigenous land use agreement (area agreement) pursuant to Subdivision C of Division 3 of Part 2 of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) ("Proposed ILUA") containing native title consent to acts relating to the conversion of term leasehold land to freehold land of the lots shown in the map below. That area is entirely within the boundaries of the now dismissed Gia People Native Title Claim (QUD6023/99). Under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth), the Proposed ILUA must be authorised by the whole native title claim group (Gia People Native Title Claim (QUD6023/99)) and any other persons asserting native title for the Proposed ILUA area so that it can be entered in the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements.   4. REGIONAL ARTS DEVELOPMENT FUND (RADF) FUNDING ROUND OPEN Applications are invited from organisations or individuals for grant funding under the Regional Arts Development Fund. These grants are funded jointly by local and state government to promote arts and cultural development in Queensland. Funding is available through RADF for individual professional development, projects, skill development workshops, and concept development. Application packs are available from Councils Customer Service Offices in Proserpine and Bowen and at all Whitsunday Regional Libraries.
