NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR GRANT After 14 days from today an application for a grant of probate of the will dated 17 May 2011 of NOEL PHILLIP BRAITHWAITE late of 279 Railway Road, Moranbah, Queensland, deceased, will be made by Kenneth John Braithwaite to the Supreme Court at Townsville.
