terms and conditions
- Items for sale must not exceed $300 and price of the item must be included in the ad.
- Individual (non-business) advertisers only.
- Offer excludes living things (ie. plants, animals, etc), weapons, firearms and related products, firewood, garage sales, markets and fetes.
- Maximum of 3 ads per household per week, with only 1 item allowed per ad.
- Maximum of 4 lines per ad (76 characters). Ads submitted may be amended or reduced for print purposes at APN's discretion.
- All ads will appear for 1 (one) insertion in the newspaper closest to the customer's residential address only, under the 'For Sale' classification on Saturday. Additional insertions may be offered at the newspaper's discretion.
- Deadline for print publication is 12 noon Wednesday. Ads placed after this deadline will be queued for the following Saturday's publication.
- Ads will also be placed on the applicable APN website www.localclassifieds.com.au for a further 7 (seven) days from the day it publishes in paper.
- Online ads are subject to the APN's online terms and conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to request removal of online ads by contacting 1300 136 181 or enquiries@localclassifieds.com.au.
- Every effort has been made to ensure that ads are published, however no responsibility will be taken by the publisher for any omission.
- The publisher reserves the right to decline any advertisement that is in breach of the applicable terms and conditions or is not in the spirit of this offer, and to alter, amend or delete this offer without further notice.
- Placement of all Free Ads shall constitute acceptance by the advertiser of the terms and conditions and the APN Advertising Terms and Conditions.
